Powerlevel Toki has always been decent. Level to 3 or 4 quickly and take early hero powers. Get stabilized then power to 5. But why? In this meta we spike so severely that midgame power is largely irrelevant. Why not tank the rounds early and spike quickly. Stabilize 1 turn and you’re on 5 and taking 2 6-stars per turn. That’s nuts!
