Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth decode a cipher in the Fellow Traveller tavern to find a secret Vox Populi hideout with an infusion and a new RPG heavy artillery weapon. Then they pick a lock at Patriot’s Pride Confections, loot the ticket office, and take the sky-line to the Hall of Heroes Plaza.
