In this video, I talk about the updated weapon meta in Fortnite Chapter 2. More specifically, I dive into the new heavy assault rifle that has been added back into the game, as well as the legendary and epic versions that are completely new. In case you didn’t know, those weapons were added back into the game through a process called sidegrading. This is very similar to upgrading weapons at a weapon upgrade bench, but instead of getting a higher rarity gun (the same specific one), you actually get a new weapon of the same rarity. This adds a completely new aspect to the game and shakes the loot pool up entirely. Many people such as Unknown Army and SypherPK have said the new heavy AR is the better than the SCAR and AUG, so I decided to test out its damage and accuracy to see how it stacks up.
