Heistbaron Togwaggle is very good especially with the new Quests. But what about Demons? As long as there are no Murlocs, Demons may be a good option to play especially with the new card, Legion Overseer. It gives very minimal stats to the shop, +2/+2, however, over time those small stats add up to very big minion.
