Latest PTR buffs and nerfs look to set power creep to MAX now allowing Tracer to be effective a full 5 meters away from every close range disable threat. This should allow Tracer to solo spread out the teamfights which since GOATS have been very clumped and teamwork/cooldown focused. The new tracer buff is simply insane, it makes her Tracer:76 being able to work down tanks and win duels against heros like Brigitte and McCree more easily than ever. The tanking situation was in need of changes and as it stands, Blizzard is transferring the tanking power away from Sigma Orisa and putting it into the dive tanks Winston and D.va who both now have significantly more powerful protection abilities for their team, alongside a massive Tracer Buff, and a not-to-be-overlooked Sombra buff, Lucio team speed buff etc it’s hard to imagine that low mobility will stand a chance on the next patch and dive meta should be back, at least in some form.
